Santa’s Secret Stash is our special-edition winter blend, mixed in small batches and available only for a limited time each year. We carefully selected exotic, flavorful beans that, when combined, evoke the cozy tastes and aromas of the holidays – all without any added flavoring (it’s 100% coffee!). The naturally processed Ethiopian beans bring an intense berry sweetness (often likened to blueberries or mulled wine) that gives this blend a dessert-like character and a festive flair. The Colombian beans act as a bridge, grounding that fruitiness with familiar caramel and toasted sugar notes so the profile still reads as “coffee” and not purely fruit juice. The Honduras honey-process beans contribute a round, honeyed sweetness and subtle spice (honey process coffees can carry a hint of cinnamon or baking spice in their flavor). Together, these origins create a cup that is sweet, layered, and comfortingly aromatic – reminiscent of berry pie, candied nuts, and holiday spices. We roast it light-medium to preserve those delicate fruity and honeyed notes, resulting in a bright cup that’s bursting with character.
